Philodendron ‘Green Beauty’ builds a broad, free-standing crown close to the pot. A short central growing point produces fresh leaves on spreading petioles, with glossy blades ranging from oblong and lance-shaped to broad and paddle-like. Gently raised veins can give the smooth green surfaces a lightly ribbed look.
As the crown fills, neighbouring leaves overlap and arch in several directions, creating a wide mass of foliage around the compact centre. The plant keeps this low, self-heading form as its roots and crown gain weight.
