Succulent Substrate Set
Universal soil, perlite and lava rock are supplied separately for a mineral-rich mix for common rosette and upright succulents. This is not a single recipe for Lithops, Pleiospilos or epiphytic jungle cacti.
Our starting proportions
Blend 2 parts universal soil, 2 parts perlite and 3 parts lava rock through the entire root zone.
Drying and watering
Increase the mineral share in persistently wet pots. Maintain some soil fraction for plants that dry too quickly, and adjust watering to the plant and pot.
